Luxury home w/game room & hot tub overlooking the beach!

This classic Lincoln City beach house is much like the sea, as it provides a relaxing escape to spend quality time with loved ones. While visiting this charming and modern seaside abode, you can play pool with friends in the game room, soak with your sweetheart in the hot tub, or make a celebratory toast in time with waves crashing into the beach.

The Northern Oregon coast cottage is just off Highway 101 and offers great views of the coast and easy beach access. Local eateries including Jasmine Thai, Nauti Mermaid Bar & Bistro, and Humble Pie are within walking distance, and the rest of the community is within a short drive away.

Inside, the classic beach house offers a subtle ivory, grey, and blue color palette that complements the warm wicker accent chairs, rich leather sofas, and nautical decor. Guests enter the home through the garage, which has been transformed into a family fun center and game room! The awesome space provides a poker table for late-night games of Texas hold em’, a pool table, and media center.

From the comforts of the reclining armchair or sofa you can binge watch your favorite shows on Netflix, flip through channels on cable, or bring your favorite Blu-ray DVDs from home. While you can’t park in the garage (a game room is better after all, isn't it?), four parking spaces are available in the rear driveway. Please note: street parking is not permitted in Lincoln City.

The top floor features an open floor plan which showcases the living room, dining room, kitchen, and sun deck. Large windows really open up the space and provide ample views of the sea beyond. A gas fireplace keeps the living room cozy as you warm your bones with hot tea and cookies after an afternoon beach walk. Meals will always be a joyous affair thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and ample dinner seating at the formal dining table or breakfast bar.

Large counters will let you recruit help slicing the lemons for a fish bake or peeling potatoes for the stew. Outside, grill corn on the cob and shrimp skewers for the perfect summertime barbecue and open a bottle of wine to let it breathe before making a toast at sun set. There’s no better place to enjoy a rich glass of vino and watch a storm roll in than from within the comforts of your private hot tub.

The nautical-themed Oregon Coast beach house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Central features include laundry facilities, four full baths, one half bath, and four queen-size suites. Bedrooms are located on the middle floor, and feature special touches like a miniature refrigerator, sink, microwave, and jetted tub. Your guests will feel pampered as though in a luxury hotel, yet maintain the privacy and comfort of an entire vacation home! Additional guests are welcome on the sofa bed.

Lincoln City is the perfect place to go fishing, crabbing, and clamming! When you don’t feel like working for your meal, indulge on fresh seafood at J’s Fish and Chips or Kyllo’s Seafood & Grill. When you feel like shopping, stop by The Shutterbug at Lincoln City Outlets, cruise the antique stores, or simply look for treasures at the beach! Beachcombing and tide pooling are popular activities along the Pacific, and if you’re lucky you just might spot an agate. Visit in spring or fall during whale-watching season and you may see a grey whale!

Devils Lake State Recreation Area is a haven for outdoor recreation, whether you prefer to explore on two feet or two wheels. When not hiking, pedaling, or kayaking in the great outdoors, visit art exhibits at the Jennifer L. Sears Glass Art Studio, try to win a lucky hand at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort, or watch a classic movie at the historic Bijou Theatre. At the end of a long day, your group will love coming home for a last-minute tournament in the game room or a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Lincoln City is a quaint community that can be experienced again and again, and Harbor Seashell is the perfect Oregon vacation home for your oceanside experience.

We had 4 couples getting together for a family reunion and this home was just about the perfect place. Each couple had a private bedroom and bathroom. There was lots of room to spread out if you needed a quiet spot. Great views of the ocean, a fun game room, etc. There were a few quirks, but we managed to work around them and had a wonderful time.
Gundula S. Oct 2018
Loved the house, especially the four equally sized bedrooms, which is great when you have 4 couples. Not so great for people who have problems with stairs, as the kitchen and living room are on the third floor.
Jenn F. Oct 2018
Loved this house very much. There are STAIRS but got my workout while on vacation.
Hoang P. Aug 2018
Thank you...lovely home. Our family enjoyed ourselves very much
David A. Jul 2018
Our party of 4 couples had a wonderful stay. We were delighted with the location, including the easy walk to the beach and the lovely ocean vistas. The home was just right for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed preparing several meals. The hot tub was delightful.
Kristen C. Jun 2018
It was a beautiful house and my whole family enjoyed our vacation
Valerie L. Feb 2018
way to many stairs and need a fridge down by game room
Vera K. Feb 2018
Had an amazing rec room in the garage downstairs where u can blast music and kids wont wake upstairs. SOO many stairs so dont recommend bringing pregnant ones. (2 friends had a tough time up the 3 story house.)
Tub went cold after the first night there so that sucked. This place had alot of bad reviews about the tub not working so beware. Great party house if u dont mind dirty beds and cold tubs. (all the beds had hair from previous ppl) ugh
Manager response:
We are very sorry to see this guest experienced trouble with the tub and wish they had contacted us right away. The problem with the hot tub is typically user error because of the uniqueness of this hot tub's settings buttons. We are working on getting a plate made to cover the setting buttons so guests don't accidentally set it into econ/sleep mode anymore. This hot tub does take 6-10 hours to heat up once it's cooled off in econ mode, so we understand why our guests get frustrated. We hope the plate will resolve this recurring situation. Thank you!

We definitely enjoyed the property and we will return for sure

We got this house over the holidays to stay in with our family (two couples, a single, and two children). We loved the location, with views of the ocean and close access to Lincoln City amenities and an easy walk to the beach.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we ended up cooking in a lot thanks to the stormy weather. We loved that each individual bedroom had its own set up for a sink, shower or bath, and even a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Never felt like we were getting in each other way as other places we've stayed.

Yes, as others have mentioned, there are a lot of stairs. Getting in and out was a good workout but wasn't a problem.

The couple of issues we had included the beds and the heat. Most of the beds seemed old and were fairly uncomfortable and loud. The house was freezing and took a long time to get up to 70 degrees and the wall heaters had trouble maintaining even heat in the bedrooms. The fireplace was nice for upstairs and the game room but the entrance and the first flight of stairs never got above 50 degrees.

While not perfect, the place was nice enough for four nights and the price was a bargain for what we've typically paid. That price comes with tradeoffs, of course, but they weren't deal breakers.

Such a wonderful house. We all felt right at home. The stairs were an issue for some of our older out of shape family. The house is so cozy and the view is absolutely amazing. I would
Love to stay here again.
Pamela R. Nov 2017
This house is amazing. I didn't give it 5 stars because the beds were so uncomfortable. Hopefully this can be improved so it will then be a 5 star home. It's in a great location and having the pool table/game room was very cool! Great when the weather has you staying inside!!!

Beautiful house for a Family vacation. Very quiet area. Good parking. Lots of bathrooms. Very clean. My family love the place and would like to be there for another family vacation.
Donna S. Sep 2017
It was the nicest beach house my group of friends stayed at, although there was a lot of stairs so it was definitely an exercise going up to the kitchen/living room area and down to our bedroom and then the garage. Overall it was a nice stay, but I was upset that they emailed me that I can check in at 11:00am but when we got there the cleaning staff was there and told us that the house wouldn't be ready till 4:00pm. Also, we wanted to make margaritas but the blender was missing some pieces so I had to purchase one.
David S. Sep 2017
Home was nice overall, could use some TLC in a few areas, but great view, great location, spacious with a great game/entertainment area. Close to Beach, Shopping, Great restaurants and the casino. Had a great time and would visit again!!
Pam M. Aug 2017
This house was very clean and well maintained. The living room furnishings were comfortable with a couch and chairs that did not sag! And the ocean view from the living room is beautiful. The kids enjoyed the game room and a tv in each bedroom and all technology worked. We did find the bedrooms to be far away from the main living area and bathrooms that had a tub did not have enough room to maneuver. The kitchen was not stocked with adequate silverware or plates and the sauté pans were in poor condition. One folding cupboard door was off its hinges so the door did not open. There are lots of stairs which may not be a problem for some people but after 3 days became tiresome for us.
Gregory S. Aug 2017
We were Lincoln City working and we needed a place to stay. The home was very nice for our needs. It's not on the beach but not far from it. The beds were comfortable and the nice open floor plan was awesome. Good value and internet.
Tracy J. Aug 2017
Lots of stairs, not for seniors or people with bad knees! Loved the location, wonderful views and the game room was really fun.
Steve R. Jul 2017
Group of 10, had a blast, would recommend!
Alexander K. Jun 2017
First off, Vacasa staff was fantastic; they were helpful and responsive and took care of us. The house is great. We were skeptical it would turn out the same way McDonald's burgers do as compared to the picture on the menu, but we were wrong. The home is as good or better Than the pictures. The pool table and poker table were great. Tv downstairs is enourmous! Hot tub works. Rooms are terrific. This house is loaded! If you have bad knees and or can't get around we'll, not the house for you. Otherwise, if you're ok with a couple extra stairs, you're good!
Susan F. Apr 2017
Lots of stairs!
Teddi S. Apr 2017
Great place! Easy to find, park and spacious house with so much to do. The game room is clutch and cozy. The consistent hike up the stairs to refill drinks, etc. will be a battle amongst friends so bring flats if you are the chosen one. The separation of living space + bedrooms is nice for those who like to sleep in and all four rooms are suites. We caught a nice sunset off the balcony and enjoyed the hot tub late night. Played loud music the whole time and didn't disrupt the neighbors so this is a great place to TURN UP! Love the dorm feel on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms are located.
Keilani R. Mar 2017
My family spent a few days for spring break here and had the best time. Everyone was able to have there own room and bathroom. My kids loved the game room and how close we were to the beach. We definitely want to stay again. Our only problem was the hot tub never warmed up enough.
Manager response:
We’re so glad that the guests enjoyed the home, and their kids loved having their own room and their close proximity to the beach. Our apologies for the hot tub but the property manager has already resolved the issue. Thank you.
Marna G. Feb 2017
Request that the hot tub is pre-heated so that you do not have to wait 2 days. the house is spacious and gorgeous. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Be aware that the house is 3 stories and has lots of steps (calf burner) Everything is separated nicely. Utilize the casino shuttle if you are making trips to the casino. It was a fabulous stay.
James P. Dec 2016
Great house, perfect location.
Lisa W. Nov 2016
A lovely property! Clean, new, feeling home with a well stocked kitchen, nice view. Comfy couches abound! Fireplaces heat the rooms really well! There are mini fridges and microwaves in each bedroom and on each floor.its a nice feature because there are a LOT of stairs... 41 to be exact from bottom to top floors. Be prepared for that. Each bedroom is comfortable. Beach access is about a block away. Nice quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities. You'll love this location! Thanks Vacasa for a great stay!
Lalita G. Nov 2016
It was my first time renting a house and it was awesome. The view off the top floor is beautiful and it stormed a little bit while I was there and it was nice and relaxing to get cozy by the fire and listen to the rain. My boyfriend and I also really loved the game room and the big tv he's really into sports so we spent our first night mainly in there. The house is also in a great location off 101. I would most definitely rent this house again. :-)
Irene W. Nov 2016
We enjoyed our stay at Harbor SeaShell. The house is 3 levels, so quite a bit of stair climbing. First level is garage, bath/utility room (toilet, shower (I think), washer/dryer, sink), large room with pool table, poker table, TV - we dubbed it the man cave. We didn't need to use this area as we were quite comfortable upstairs. The four bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. Each one has either a double or queen bed, sink, with toilet/shower or jetted tub in separate area. Also a microwave and small fridge. There are also towel warmers. A nice touch. On the top level is the kitchen/dining/living area. Also a bathroom with shower. The deck with hot tub is off this area. The walk to the beach is just a couple of blocks to the north.
Holly S. Oct 2016
The house is nice with 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Be warned this is a 3 story house. The first floor is the garage and game room. Game room has a tv pool table and card table. The second floor is all the bedrooms. Each room has a queen bed, bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker. Two rooms have balconies and jacuzzi tubs, the other two have showers and no balconies. Third floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony with hot tub, and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Overall very nice house with a view of the ocean, just be prepared for the stairs and bring your own skillet; the only one in the house has no handle.
Taniel R. Oct 2016
Great clean rental. Plenty of room for everyone and the game room off the garage was amazing. Definitely a great house for large groups. The only downside was all the stairs, but it was a good workout!
Margaret G. Sep 2016
Great vacation house and location.
Would rent it again.

It was great to have four individual suites. The stairs do provide exercise! Everything was in great shape and place has a wonderful view of the ocean. A full bath up stairs and half bath on lowest level reduced trips up and down stairs. Highly recommended!
Courtney H. Sep 2016
We came here with grandparents and our children (little ones) and it worked out great. The hot tub on the balcony made it really fun and the walk to the beach was very short. Lovely stay.
Kristi R. Aug 2016
I know it's been said in previous reviews but I'll reiterate....Beware the locks on the bedroom doors! I read the reviews and showed everyone how the doors can appear to be unlocked when they're actually locked. And it still happened to us. The Vacasa management was terrific and came out immediately to let us back in, but I would be very wary of this home with young kids because of this issue. If a toddler got locked in, with tubs and 2nd floor decks easily accessible, it could create some scary situations.

Aside from that, this is a lovely well-appointed home...nice views, close beach access, and the game room was a huge hit and kept 4 teens entertained. We'd definitely stay again!

Great place
Dianna S. Jul 2016
It was a beautiful house to vacation with our adult children. The many stairs made us wary for the sakes of our young grandchildren, but we were very pleased with the accommodations. The house was gorgeous and clean. The four rooms were well-appointed and decently sized, each with its own tv, bathroom, mini-fridge and microwave. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the hot tub enjoying the panoramic views of the sunsets over the ocean. We spent an equal amount of time in the perfectly equipped game room playing poker and billiards and watching the enormous tv. We might have been happy never leaving the house, but the weather and surrounding area were so pleasant we decided to explore. In addition to the daily beach trips (only a two minute walk from the porch), we went whale watching, sightseeing and shopping. We were sad to leave the idyllic Lincoln City and this perfect vacation spot.

Beautiful house Great views of the ocean
Casey M. Jun 2016
Our group of 10 stayed for two nights and had a great time here. The house was awesome - comfortable, clean, great views, fun amenities (game room is amazing and the hot tub on the top floor can't be beat).

Just a heads-up about the only negative thing we experienced - the bedroom doors lock in a way that make it easy to accidentally lock the door and close it without realizing it was still locked. There were no keys to any of the bedroom doors in the house and we had to call the local property manager to request help. He came by right away and opened the door for us, so it wasn't a huge deal.

Great place, we'd love to stay again.
Armando L. May 2016
Great place. Could check on grill propane was low and ran out, also a better grill would be nice the grill they had was too small, good workout on the stairs
Valeria L. Mar 2016
Overall, this home is beautiful! It has lot's of stairs (steep) and it is a workout (3 story home) which is no biggie but you do get tired. Might be an issue if you have babies. We would of enjoyed this home and given it 5 out 5 stars rating but with reserving a home that has a hot tub and does not work during your stay was part it! Another, thing is making sure your bedroom door is unlocked because if it gets locked from inside you are basically screwed because there are no keys for all the bedrooms on that second floor. Both these issues were supposedly addressed to be resolved after calling several times to Vacasa but no one ever came by to fix anything!! So, my lesson learned to others is check any home prior to enjoying and inspect things are properly working and immediately called!
Manager response:
We apologize that the hot tub was out of order and that you were locked out of a bedroom during your stay. We are currently hiring more personnel so that issues like these can be addressed quickly. The Property Manager is working on the hot tub and will see what can be done to make sure guests are not locked out of bedrooms again.
