Relaxation awaits at Century I 1007, a newly updated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in North Ocean City (at 99th Street). This two-story, 1,260-square-foot property offers a unique experience in that it has balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the condo for beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay (which means sunrises and sunsets). The open-concept living area features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with comfortable furnishings and three flatscreen TVs. Step from the living room onto your oceanfront balcony to enjoy the salty sea breezes and panoramic views of the ocean, the beach, and the entire Ocean City coastline stretching out in the distance. The bedrooms, each of which has a flatscreen TV, are located on the opposite side of the condo, offering panoramic views of the bay. Additional amenities include central AC, a washer/dryer, and such wonderful shared amenities as an indoor pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. Just take the elevator downstairs and you're just steps from the ocean and sand!

You'll also be a short drive or bus ride from the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side of town and beautiful Northside Park up at 126th Street - the host of fun events throughout the year as well as a fishing/crabbing pier, an expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.
