The attention to detail, comfort and the view. What an incredible view! The groomed trail and amazing stairs to the beach and tree lined private property. The recent remodeling of the kitchen and more to come. All the comforts of home, a truly feel good place and always clean.
Bo B. Nov 2019
This place was amazing! The private beach access was awesome. The view of the ocean from the house is the best! Definitely will be staying here again.
Erin B. Sep 2019
We had a great stay at this home and will for sure be back. The level of detail in the homes amenities, finishes, layout and functionality was impressive. And the views!!! Just breathtaking.
John E. Sep 2019
House was clean and everything worked fine. Nice private beach access!
Cagney S. Sep 2019
We stayed in this house for 2 nights at the end of our trip and it was perfect! This house had a much cozier feel than the one we stayed in prior to it, and the views were amazing! The private access to the beach was great to have. They have installed new stairs that lead down to the beach that are very nice. You do still have to be a bit cautious, but two unfit adults and 1 child had no problem managing them.

The house was stocked with lots of fun board games and puzzles, netflix on the tvs, any dish/pan/cup you could want in the kitchen, plenty of wood for a fire in the fireplace or down on the beach.

The house feels very secluded and private, and we had the beach nearly all to ourselves the whole time. The beach is perfect for a family with kids as there is a nice little pool in the beach created by the small stream heading down to the sea. This was great for us to be able to let my daughter play in the water without worrying about her safety (it was also much warmer water towards the end of the day).

You will not regret staying at this house. I can't wait to come back again.

Oh the VIEW!!! Words don't do it justice, just go see it for yourself. We had a fun getaway, 2 moms and 5 kids under age 10. There was plenty of space for everyone. We didn't leave the property or the beach directly in front for the entire weekend. The beach access was fantastic and while the stairs were steep, they were easily navigated by all of us while caring sand toys. We will be back. It is cozy, private, well stocked and absolutely charming.

Great home. Great setting
Sydney F. Aug 2019
This home is the perfect size for a small group. We stayed with my parents and my kids for a long weekend. The stairs to the beach are newer and in great condition so although they are steep it was no problem at all for my 3 yo to navigate. The kitchen had everything necessary for breakfasts and easy dinners. The mattresses are comfortable, good options of different pillow types.
Theresa S. Jul 2019
The moment I seen this home I knew it was the place for us.
Kevin K. Jul 2019
Awesome house right next to the ocean. Very clean with comfortable beds. A great place for a vacation!
Nancy S. Jun 2019
Loved the house and the private stairway to the sand. A little steep, but that's why the coast and view is so dramatic. Loved the house. Everything was just as described. Fantastic view os the beach we loved watching the fishing boats at night. Wonderful soft bed with lovely soft sheets. We didn't want to move out!
Rhonda N. Jun 2019
As soon as you walk into the house, the view just takes your breath away. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We cooked meals and had all the cookware/utensils needed. We navigated the stairs to the beach easily, and it was so nice to have that access. We would love to return to this house one day, it was just an incredible place to stay!
Michael E. May 2019
This vacation rental was very clean and comfy! Big windows to watch the waves, fireplace to take the chill out on the cool evenings and a kitchen with everything you need. The bed was so comfy, I would like one just like it at my house. Perfect!
Greta L. May 2019
Location!! This house has it all..nestled in the trees with a beautiful ocean view. We enjoyed walking on the beach daily. The beds were super comfortable and enjoyed playing games at night. Looking forward to another stay at this home.
Christine T. May 2019
The beach house was comfortable, clean, and had such a delightful view. The beach access was wonderful. It was a great place to hang out with our family.
Lucian S. Apr 2019
We returned here over spring break, and continue to love the place. They've remodeled the kitchen and put in new stairs since we were here last, which made it even better than before.

I feel like reviews are more helpful if they include both the negative and the positive, so I will say that it turned out that the mugs aren't microwave-safe in that the handles get super hot, and the brand new stairs end a little short of the beach which, at this time of year, turned out to be at a large puddle. And, I dunno, the knife handles are heavy and make it hard to rest on the edge of your plate? These faults should definitely dissuade you from coming so that there are more spots open for us later when we inevitably come back. Because we have found little in this world that we enjoy more than sitting anywhere in the main room of this home (or even doing the dishes!) and watching the ocean waves roll in, and maybe spotting whales in the distance.
Andrea C. Jan 2019
This house was perfect for us. Secluded, but close enough to stores and restaurants that we had no problem running out for whatever we were missing. All of the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a very pleasant atmosphere in this house, it felt like we were home every time we walked in the door. The beach was wonderful. The view from the comfort of the living room was incredible. I'd love to watch a storm from there. It was very clean, the housekeeping staff should get a raise! I would recommend this house to anyone!
BARBARA F. Aug 2018
Large picture windows perfectly framed the beautiful ocean view. A perfect picture in the morning and a colorful sky at sunset.

Restful and relaxing!
Gregg M. Aug 2018
This is a very private, nice, older home. We spent a thoroughly enjoyable week here. The kitchen seemed to be well equipped, the gas grill seemed practically brand new, and the house was very clean. What you will enjoy most is the grand view of the ocean and the secluded location with private access to the beach. I thought the private stairs to the beach were a hoot. They are not for young kids or older folks that have difficulty with steep narrow stairs, but personally I thought it was like a secret tunnel to the sea. The access way was well pruned and easily navigated by my wife and me (we are ~55 years old). Of course you have to be careful, but that should be obvious to you once you see the stairs. You would never know the path was there looking at the access from the ocean side.

The place has excellent parking, and is in a very quiet and private location. Once we arrived and unpacked, we left only once as just about everything we were looking for was right here. We loved it.
amanda c. Jul 2018
Older home with an exceptional, expansive private beach. The living room offers a stunning view of the pacific in all directions and it’s very comfortable, looks updated. Netflix available in this room. 2 prvate bedroooms and then another room with a futon and a Daybed that my smaller children loved. It had games satellite TV, lots of windows.
The steps to the beach were not as bad as I had read in some of the older reviews. We used them 2-3 times a day. They remind me of bunk bed stairs/steps but just little longer. Maybe 12 steps on each of the 2 sections.
Pamela W. Jul 2018
Views from everywhere. What a nice comfy home. I feel privileged to have stayed here. Well stocked with amenities. Very enjoyable.
Lucian S. Jul 2018
We spent a week here and it was too short! The view was amazing, and the whales even spent an inordinate amount of time performing for us right outside the window. Interesting rocks nearby to investigate at low tide, and a generally wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We'll be back!
Paul L. Jun 2018
Fantastic view, location ... very nice accommodations. Advertised with Private beach access, but too much growth on trail to utilize. Fix this and it would have been a “5 Star Stay”.
Kevin B. May 2018
Loved the property. Hosts had great communication. Looking forward to staying again; had a wonderful time.
Eve L. Apr 2018
This house is as it was billed. Views overlooking the water, nice layout and all the stuff you need for a pleasant vacation.
Sherry S. Oct 2017
Very secluded beautiful sitting. The fireplace was enjoyable with a generous wood supply. The kitchen was well appointed.
If you're uncomfortable being chilly, as I was in early morning and in the bedrooms, I suggest you get assurance that you will receive the thermostat code.
Debbie D. Aug 2017
Loved this property. Very comfortable, well stocked with the necessities. We felt very "At Home"
Joyce H. Aug 2017
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachcliff for a number of reasons, especially since it was so secluded. We loved the big windows in the living room that made it so enjoyable to see the panorama of the ocean view. It is a comfortable house that was very welcoming.
Shawn M. Aug 2017
This was a great house, just too far south for us. The driveway was nearly impossible to find in the dark, and not easy even during the day. The house was fabulous. Beach access was kind of scary and it was a long way out to the sand/water. Overall, the experience was very good, and we had a terrific time. I loved the furnishings, and decor. AGAIN I WILL SAY THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL! The mice and traps just put an icky feeling (especially at 5am when the first one got caught and cried in the trap beside where I was sleeping in the den.). We completely understand that this house is in a woodsy location, and it's natural that you'd have mice, but it still left us a bit uneasy....5 women over 50. We REALLY do appreciate how quick Toni was to dispose of them, though! She was amazing. Overall, a great girls' getaway.
Manager response:
We deeply appreciate the guests' love for the home and it's amazing decor & furnishings. We want to make it clear that the mouse issue has been completely resolved and we thank them for their understanding of the situation, albeit a bit frustrating. With the short-term forecast calling for a warmer September, there are still some open dates available to escape the heat.
Derrick S. Jul 2017
Really great area. Peaceful
William H. Jul 2017
We loved the home and view of this location. Easy access to areas that we enjoy. The home was very clean and well kept.
Kim H. Jun 2017
Truly a gem. Loved every minute we spent there when we weren't exploring the local sites. Probably the best supplied house we've stayed in. Loved having a fire with plenty of wood. Enjoyed walking on the beach & seeing all the wildlife, whales, seals, bald eagles aplenty. Great choices in dining in Newport, Waldport, & Florence. Would definitely rent there again.
Douglas B. Apr 2017
Quiet area and wonderful view. Would certainly return. Only access to home includes stairs.
Jill K. Apr 2017
The view from the living room is spectacular. With a toasty fire going in the fireplace this is a wonderful place to sit and watch the ocean and just relax.
The beach is lovely and great for a long walk. The steps to get to the beach are almost like going down a ladder.
Danielle B. Sep 2016
The view is amazing. The big picture window looking out onto the beach made the visit!
Daniel S. Aug 2016
As many others have noted, the property is private and quiet. While the house is a little older, it is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. While it was private, it was also each to get to Newport, Waldport, Yachats for meals out. Supplies are most easily found in Newport which is only about 15 minutes north on US 101. We even drove over the coastal range for an afternoon of wine tasting in Willamette Valley (near Philomath). We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon.
David B. Aug 2016
We had a great time at this property. 2 things to be aware of.....1. The telescope in the pictures is broken. They have 1 pair of Binoculars, but bring more. We saw whales breaching from the living room!!!!

2. The "stairs" to the beach are sketchy. More like a ladder, and they need to be updated. It was especially difficult for us because we had a 1.5 year old. Bringing gear down for the day was a little tough. Beautiful spot though, and perfect for flying a kite.
Corey And Lucinda S. Jul 2016
This house is perfect for a quiet retreat. It offers spectacular views of the ocean and beach. The panoramic windows is the highlight of this house. Also, it offers a sheltered deck big enough for two to watch and hear the waves right out the front door. Also, this house has a spectacular wood burning fireplace that makes for cozy, romantic evenings. I would recommend this house for couples who are looking for a quiet escape.
Robert F. Jul 2016
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Secluded, yet close to Waldport and Newport. I grew up in this area so have a lot of background here. Everything was clean and nice. The house is older, yet well maintained. The Path to the beach is a adventure and not for those unable to climb a ladder. I would recommend this location to those interested in a peaceful quiet retreat.
Bill K. Jun 2016
My family and I loved our stay at the Beachcliff house. Great view, beautiful beach. Yes, you have to take your time hiking down (and back up) the steep wooden steps, but it's doable and worth the effort. The house was clean and comfy and well-maintained. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
Clark G. May 2016
The beach right in front of the property was very private. Although the stairs to get to the beach were very very steep it was a perfect location. Amazing view!
Kevin C. May 2016
Jutta W. May 2016
Close to the beach with an amazing view on the Pacific Ocean . Cosy place - we felt home from the first minute we entered ! Stayed there for 10 days - terrific :)
We definitely plan to come back (even if it a long trip from Germany) !!
Amy S. Mar 2016
Loved the house and the view, would definitely come back and recommend this house. Just a note, the stairs to the beach are very steep! Not for mobility challenged people. But once you get to the beach it is amazing and there was hardly anyone else on the beach our entire stay! Loved it.
Nichole M. Mar 2016
This was a great house. Beautiful views and just the right amount of space for my family. I wish I would of booked our stay for more days because two days just wasn't long enough. Love this house and location!
Jean B. Nov 2015
We have been going to the Oregon Coast since the 80s and have favorite restaurants we like to visit for lunch and eat in for dinner, Kind of a settled in routine we have developed. Books are great to have, The view is one of the best. we have enjoyed
John D. Sep 2015
This house is a great place to enjoy the beauty of Seal Rock and the surrounding area. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking implements, and the home appears much like the web-site pictures. The view of the beach from the living room is outstanding. Overall highly recommended.
Tim T. Aug 2015
We had a very good time at the beach house. We were able to go Tuna and Rock fishing out of Trade Wind Charters in Depoe Bay. Very good, professional people. We spent several mornings Clamming under the Waldport Bridge and got some fantastic clams--kids loved the experience. We also did some Crabbing in both Newport and Waldport--it was a fun easy way to spend the afternoon. The house was nice--a little dated--and the beach access stairs need some work, a little money spent on improving them would be a huge upgrade for this house.
Jennifer M. Jul 2015
We stayed at this property 7/19-25, 2015 and had a wonderful experience. The house is very nice and private, quiet, with fantastic views of the ocean. The first trip down the "ladders" to the beach was a little intimidating for us and our two dogs, but by the end of the week we were all navigating it just fine. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and furnishings too. If given the opportunity, I would definitely come back!
Sallie M. Jun 2015
Beach access might be challenging for an older person, at the bottom of the last stairway are some rotting logs that have to be negotiated before you reach the sand. Beach itself is amazingly beautiful, we had a great time.
Manager response:
We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate your advice on negotiating the stairs. Your feedback is very important to us and instructive for our future guests. Thanks for choosing Vacasa, and we hope to see you again soon!
Clara T. Apr 2015
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The feel of privacy among beautiful trees, with a stunning ocean view just out of the large picture windows, was what we wanted in an escape-from-civilization vacation. The layout worked well for our family of 5 (3 kids), and we found everything we needed (plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, etc). The beds were very comfortable. The "ladder" down to the beach was a bit rough, but our 6, 9, and 12 year olds could handle it fine by taking it slow. The beach was uncrowded, big, and beautiful. We loved walking North along the sand to Seal Rock. If your kids love running on sand dunes, though, there are none here. We drove about an hour north to Pacific City to play on the huge sand dune there, and we come to this area again with kids, that is where I will stay (or in the cute town of Yachats). It is a nice central location to explore to the North and to the South. The house is a little outdated, but if that doesn't bother you much, I would recommend it. The kitchen is old and small, there is clutter in the closets, and a few things (like bath mats and tablecloths), could be easily updated to make the house feel more luxurious.
Manager response:
Thank you for your suggestions; we will take them under advisement. We are glad to see that you made use of your private beach access and great location. Thank you for choosing Vacasa!
Lisa C. Mar 2015
We were looking for a relaxing spring break trip with our teenage boys. I wasn't so sure about staying so far from Newport, but I'm very glad that we did. We drove in a couple of days to visit our favorite local restaurants (Chowder Bowl and Local Ocean), but were very happy to while away the rest of our time relaxing in the house and preparing food in the very well-equipped kitchen.

Having a charcoal grill was a very nice plus for us, as was the ample supply of firewood for us to use in the fireplace to keep us cozy in the chill evenings.

The walk down to the beach was definitely precarious...I wouldn't say that it felt unsafe so much that the stairs were steep. With my fear of heights, I couldn't attempt the last set of stairs. Our boys did just fine with them, though!
Linda P. Sep 2014
The Beachcliff house has been built into the surrounding landscape and vegetation very thoughtfully. It has a beautiful view of the ocean surrounded by plenty of plant life that gives the property balance and beauty! We loved it! Future guests should be informed of the treacherous stairs down to the beach. These proved challenging for both us and our dog!
Portia B. Sep 2014
It is so nice to find a place that is dog friendly. We had the best time. The stairs were too steep for our dogs but their was beach access just down the road. It is not very crowded and the surf was great for playing catch. The views from the house were wonderful and we enjoyed just relaxing and reading our books with the great ocean view. We purchase fresh fish from Newport and enjoyed cooking great meals every evening.
Chun M. Aug 2014
View was gorgeous and surrounding was peaceful. Will come back again.
Judy L. Aug 2014
We had a great stay. The house is well equipped for cooking and games, movies, etc. We didn't want to leave so soon. Hope to come again next year!!
Julie T. Jun 2014
We had a great time at Vacasa- It was just as it was described on VRBO. We had a relaxing time walking on the beach, going to state parks and sitting in the comfortable chairs at the large picture window watching the waves.
Manager response:
Thank you for this great review. We are so glad that you loved the home and the amazing views.
Scott C. Jun 2014
Great spot--thank you for letting us enjoy your place. The alarm went off as soon as we entered the property which was a little disconcerting. We got pretty good support in silencing it---even the owner called us to offer help.
Manager response:
Thanks for your review. We are so sorry to hear that the alarm went off when you arrived but are very pleased that our staff and the home owner were quick to respond. I hope that your stay was fantastic once this was resolved.
Debra S. May 2014
House has a great view and lots of privacy. The path to the beach is not for the feeble however. A small dog has to be carried as one has to go down and back up a ladder. No need to bring much. This house has it all. Even toiletries! Would stay here again.
Kelly E. Apr 2014
Perfection personified is the best way to describe this house, it's views and location. Each day was a relaxed adventure with hours spent staring through the binoculars (supplied) at the the waves roaring in, puzzle-making on the rainy afternoon while the beautiful fire roared. We felt safe and secure in the home, and deeply blessed to wake each day and run to the massive picture windows to see what the nights tide had swept ashore. The air is so refreshing and the home, equally clean and calming- i would go back tomorrow-- we ate at nearby Yuzen where owner Kazuo made us great food and gave great hiking suggestions- (devils churn)-- the management was so lovely and helpful.

Layne Y. Mar 2014
Loved this house. The view expansive and hypnotic. Everything else comfortable and pleasing. The stairway to the beach (more like a ladder) was much too daunting with our English Setter. This posed no problem at all since perfectly easy access is a mere half a mile south at Driftwood Beach. We have sampled many places on the Oregon coast over the past 22 years and this house with its incredibly long, clean, and (last weekend in Feb) almost deserted beach is among the sweetest.
Matt M. Feb 2014
The property was very nice. Clean and well kept. The view was great. A bit difficult on the steps going down to the beach, so be careful. We spent most of our time in Waldport, a very nice little town.
Heidi r. Jan 2014
Huge windows showcase the crashing waves and broad beach, yet with all the windows, the property is quite private. Lush landscaping provides privacy and nicely frames the ocean view. The furniture and decor are tasteful and comfortable. Original art, an excellent selection of DVDs and books add to the comfort. My husband and I spent four nights and found it incredibly relaxing (as did our two dogs).
Jane H. Jan 2014
So, as I started my search, the requirements were Beach/Ocean front with access, privacy from neighbors, phenomenal uninterrupted view from big picture windows, cozy living room with big comfy sofa for napping... Got all of it! The bonus's were the décor, the artwork, the well stocked kitchen, amenities in the bathrooms, linens, washer/dryer, and most of all...the wood burning fireplace with all the wood to go with it. We could not have brought in the New Year any better. Thanks, and we look forward to coming back!!!! Jane & Travis
Manager response:
We are really happy that the home exceeded your expectations. We love to hear that and appreciate your great feedback. Thanks and Happy New Year to you and please come see us again soon.
David R. Dec 2013
Spectacular doesn't begin to describe the ocean view from this house. The house itself was very comfortable--like home, only even more wonderful. It was well stocked and well appointed. Nicely laid out to take advantage of the fabulous view and very well maintained. Hated to leave. Just a wonderful place to be. Saw an eagle fly by. Saw whale spouts. Saw hail!
Erik C. Nov 2013
Surf fishing, breweries, glass blowers, seal caves, giant sand dunes, mushroom farmers, aquariums, carnivorous plants and views. It's like middle earth and Gretna, NE combined!
Sandra C. Nov 2013
Great views, comfortable, homey, clean, very well stocked. Wished there was a tv/dvd player in great room so we could watch movies in front of the fireplace and still see the ocean. Loved the house and can't wait to stay there again. Loved the option of checking in early or checking out late.
Tami Z. Sep 2013
Beachcliff House is close to so much but feels totally private. We loved the large inviting rooms and the gorgeous views. It's a great place to curl up in front of the fire for a romantic getaway or bring the family and enjoy the classic but cozy spaces. Something for everyone! We'll go back again.
Lisa G. Sep 2013
What a relaxing atmosphere and wonderful view! Would definitely stay here again!
Penelope M. Aug 2013
Several friends converged on Seal Rock and enjoyed unparalleled views, terrific walks on the beach, fabulous sea food, charming sunsets and warm accommodations at Seal
Rock.
Gwenna G. Jun 2013
This is a wonderful house with a great view of the beach. The trip down to the beach was an adventure the kids loved! We made it several times a day. The sunsets were gorgeous and one day we spotted a whale. We visited the local shops and ate crab, right out of the ocean. We will be back!
Gretchen R. May 2013
Very clean and comfortable, with fantastic views and great location. Would definitely stay here again
John W. Apr 2013
Everything we needed or wanted we were able to find in the house including a coffee grinder, coffee beans, spices, kitchen equipment, DVD's, CD's (both included several genre), books & magazines. There are 2 full bathrooms, which was important since my sister in law also traveled with my husband & I. The beds & linens were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms and the remainder of the home. We visited Lincoln City, Newport, Depoe Bay & Yachats during our stay since they were such an easy drive away. We definitely recommend this home & hope to visit again soon.
Keith J. Apr 2013
Our best holiday.
Lucinda B. Apr 2013
Our time at this house really was the perfect escape. When the weather was nice we hung out on the beach or on the deck. When the clouds came in coffee and wine by the panaromic windows was heavenly. I would recommend this house to anyone who appreciates the Oregon Coast. The hike down to the beach makes it even more worth it when you are enjoying the sea up close. The trip up just makes the relaxing time even more relaxing.
Holly N. Mar 2013
Wonderful relaxing house
Manager response:
Thank you for spending your vacation in a Vacasa home!
Deborah W. Mar 2013
We were more than thrilled with the location and setting of this beautiful home. Privacy was perfect! The view from all of the windows was superb! The house was MORE than comfortable, it quickly became our home away from home. Very comfortable bed, great linens, and nice thirsty towels. We love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed with all that we needed. Great little sound system too. We appreciated the chance to have a late check out! Thank you so much for making this magical house available. We will be back as soon as we can.
Jaron M. Feb 2013
The place was great! We had a great time!
Jaron M. Feb 2013
The views are awesome! Really nice place for my wife and I with our two kids. Well equipped and clean. We would stay again!
Dennis R. Feb 2013
My wife and I spent Valentines day plus a few extra days. It would be tough to find a more pleasant place to stay anywhere nearby. Steps to beach are a little tricky (steep and slippery ) but any able body person can manage them easily with care. Keep a hand on the little ones going down. We found Beach Cliff to be clean and comfortable. Open floor plan and one of the best ocean views around. Bring your iPad or laptop and check your emails. I received an offer to check in early and also to stay an extra deal at a super cheap rate. We will definitely be back.
Manager response:
We are glad you found the perfect place to spend Valentine'd Day! Thanks for your review.
Dwight M. Feb 2013
Excellent housekeeping made this property a pleasure to stay in. Very clean with plenty of fire wood for the fireplace. Everything is just as stated.
Manager response:
Thank you very much for your review. It is appreciated!
Lora H. Jan 2013
The climb down to the pristine, spacious beach was very difficult. The ad said it was difficult and it was. The real surprise was the swamp at the bottom of the stairs that I had to navigate to get to the beach. I got a really good adrenalin rush climbing up and down because I was so afraid I would fall. But the view! The house! The comfortable seating in front of that magnificant view with the fireplace warming us! That was great. The house was in excellent condition, wonderfully well outfitted and perfectly clean. Also the weather was very cold when we were there and the central heating kept us toasty warm. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience.
Manager response:
We appreciate your comments and we hope you can return soon! Thank you!
Krista D. Nov 2012
The property was so comfortable from day one! No "nesting" needed as it was immediately cozy. Beach access is not easy though, be prepared to put on your climbing gear! Also be sure to turn on the kitchen/stove exhaust fan when doing any cooking to prevent the smoke alarm from being set off. The walks along the beach were wonderful. We saw several harbor seals travel the shoreline every morning. We left the property very relaxed and sure to recommend it to those looking for a cozy place to relax on the coast. Thank you for allowing us to share our Thanksgiving at your beach home!
