Cozy dog-friendly cabin w/private hot tub, jetted tub & great screened-in deck
Plan a romantic getaway to the Northern Georgia mountains, and call this lovely dog-friendly cabin your vacation home. A private hot tub, jetted tub, and screened-in deck are sure to make your time here memorable.
Romantic retreats don't get a much better backdrop than Sautee Nacoochee. A small town situated near the Chattahoochee River, Sautee Nacoochee and neighboring Helen is the perfect place to watch the seasons change or take a hike up to the double waterfall known as Anna Ruby Falls.
Relax on the living room's leather sofa as you and your loved one enjoy a movie in on a cool night. Gather some wood in the seasonal fireplace to warm up. The living room leads right out to the screened-in deck, which features a tree-lined view and a relaxing hot tub. Warming up in the hot tub is always an option too - and while you're out there, throw some chicken and veggies on the gas grill for a delicious meal come dinnertime.
The full kitchen makes prepping dinner easy. Open and outfitted in white cabinetry and appliances, this space is convenient and functional. It also comes with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The small dining table nearby is the perfect spot to enjoy a dinner for two.
With its one bedroom and one bathroom, this quiet abode is perfect for a couple's retreat, offering room enough for two guests (and your dog pals of course, with a small nightly fee). Take advantage of the bedside jetted tub, and after a long day of exploring, retreat to the king-size bed for a restful night's sleep.
Don't forget to use the cabin's free WiFi to discover fun activities nearby. If you're visiting in the fall, be sure to check out Oktoberfest, the Southeast's largest celebration of its kind. Summer is a wonderful time to rent a tube and splish splash away on the Chattahoochee.
If you're up for a road trip, Atlanta is fewer than 90 miles away, providing a definite change of pace. The best part, though, is that you get to come back to quiet Helen to wind down.

Hot tub : Private
Gas grill : Private
Loved this little cabin, it’s a cozy place for a couple, the only slight complaint was the strong chlorine in the hot tub that made my boyfriend sneeze and it was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep at night. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had everything you needed for a couple night stay.
It was clean cozy and convenient to local attractions easy to find and easy to access the cabin and will be back.
This place was awesome. Out in the country I mountains, yet minutes away from Ana Ruby Falls and Helen.
The area was beautiful and it was amazingly easy to set up the reservation. Vacasa was extremely pleasant and accommodating.
Very clean. Was open however felt cozy.
Great cabin bed and sofa need replacing
At blue ridge cabin rentals you get the best bang for your buck. My wife and I have rented a cabin here for 3 straight years and it never disappoints. My only complaint was the hot tub did not have enough chlorine in it and 2 days into our stay the smell of the water was horrid.
What I like to skin venientes of how you check in and check out and I said hello to Jacuzzi in the garden tub I wish I had look at big TV in a better couches a find the catcher sprees to soft and and kept coming the move in then I love it thank you
Cabin was well located in the Helen, Sautee GA. It was an easy drive to most local attractions. Only negative was there was no place to walk or outdoor space on the ground as the cabin was literally on the side of a hill.
The location was great! Close to the Unicoi State Park and Helen. the cabin was clean and comfortable.
This is a great little hideaway for two. We came here to be away from it all on our honeymoon and had a nice private time.
beautiful cabin the only bad thing is that they have bed bugs ,my husband I germonos with several bites and the Sunday we paid late check out we prefer to leave. We understand that it is forest there all kinds of insects please check the bed and put the necessary treatment.
We apologize for any bites this guest acquired while staying with us. All beds and linens are checked for bed bugs prior to guest arrival. We ask that guests please keep in mind that are many bugs in the mountains that will bite. Thank you!
We loved the privacy and everything the cabin had to offer. The location was great!
Had a great weekend....we have rented these cabins small and large and have always been pleased...So very relaxing and private...very clean and bed so comfortable. Can't wait until we can return. We had not been to Helen since 2015 since our children relocated to the New Orleans area....we were past due!! Only wish I had seen the email in time for late check out.... wish they would have text me instead. We will be back!!
The cabin was just a few miles away from Helen, Anna Ruby Falls and Unicoi State Park. We also visited Tallulah Falls and went paddle boarding in Lake Burton. We stayed busy but had relaxing quiet down time to relax.
Clean, cute and convenient!
We loved the cabin and everything about it! The only thing I would say that was kinda "meh" was the hot tub wasn't hot. We set it at 103 but it was actually somewhere between 95 and 97. The bed was comfy, the furniture was cute. Shower had good pressure. All necessities like towels etc. Were provided. Would definitely book again.
We wish this guest had contacted us about the hot tub so we could have assisted them. We did check it after receiving this review and found it to be heating correctly; we think the lower temperature was caused by the hot tub recently being cleaned and refilled prior to their stay. Thank you!
This Cabin is well cleaned and taken care of. My only issue was the toilet seems to be leaning into the floor and the hot tub had to much water in it. It would be nice to have complimentary coffee and coffee filters to go with the coffee maker. Other than that this place is a perfect cabin to get away in for the night/weekend!
The couch is very uncomfortable. Was clean but small.
I loved the fact that we got to be somewhat secluded from the other houses. When we arrived I noticed that we were missing pots and pans but as soon as I called someone was at the door within 20 minutes to bring us nice new ones. All directions and instructions were clearly laid out and the place was nice and clean with extra everything if we needed. Would definitely recommend and revisit.
Cute and relaxing little cabin. Perfect for a weekend getaway!
Nice nice cozy quiet great place for a long time with your significant other enjoy the nice hot tub in jacuzzi tub lots of fun and romantic time
Had a overall amazing view, very quiet and relaxing. It’s dark, sometimes too dark, but it helps to see the beautiful stars in the sky. I honestly would like to see a more up to date kitchen and living room equipment but overall I would definitely go back and recommend this place to others for a nice getaway with the family or a significant other.
Cabin was great. Only problem was the cabin was difficult to get warmed up. The heaters did not work.
Location was good, very quiet. Cabin was quaint and the screen porch was good, needs some maintenance!
Everything was in close proximity. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We will be back to stay again
Great place to stay and close to town for Octoberfest
Great cabin. Perfect for 2 people. Fantastic location. Would come back again !!
We stayed her for our 3 year wedding anniversary! Helen was somewhere we had never been so it was a great experience and our cabin made it even better. We hiked to Mt. Yonah (not an easy hike by any means FYI!) so the hot tub was great afterward. The bed could be more comfy but it wasn’t terrible. We ate at Nacoochee grill and it was AMAZING! Highly recommend. We also tried out the pizza place beside it and it was delicious as well. As was Catch22! We had lunch at Paul’s margarita deck overlooking the river and it was quite pricey for what you get but it was good. Overall we had an awesome trip!
We rented this cabin to escape Hurricane Irma however we got hit here anyway! Ended up with no power or water. Homeaway found us a nice hotel with power. This cabin is very minimalist - pretty but could use some upgrades. Only a sofa and a table with two chairs as living room furniture. Ok for a man on a fishing trip.
Really enjoyed our stay, very clean and toclose to town, would stay again
Cute and quaint 1 room cabin with a private back porch. Comfortable and clean. Hot tub was excellent after hiking Anna Ruby falls, which is only 5 miles down the road. Comfy bed, firm but not hard. Excellent time had by all!
Great place for a couple getaway!
Great place to visit if you want to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
This cabin was just OK. There are a lot of little things that need attention (the CD player doesn't work, the TV remote doesn't work, etc.). Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Overall...I really enjoyed my stay. The perfect weekend getaway.
Nice quiet place to relax
Rented this cabin during the off season, so none of the attractions were open, which was fine and we expected as much, but the off season pricing led me to believe that the cabin would be more than it was. It looked as if house keeping just did a cursory sprucing up before we arrived. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned, the shower had hair and other debris and the towels had makeup or something on them. We were also unaware that the cabin was located so closely to the neighboring cabins, one of which was under maintenance or construction and there was a crew working on it two days we were there. We enjoyed the near by parks and trails but left a day early because it was just disappointing and felt a bit misleading.
This cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway, secluded enough but there are still other cabins nearby. The back porch can't be seen by any of the other cabins which was nice. perfect proximity to plenty of trails, and Helen as well.
The few notes I left the staff were that there are no grill utensils for the grill. We made due, but it would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own metal tongs and spatula for the grill. Also bring some extra towels, since there is no dryer and they only provide 4, you'll thank yourself. If you have it, I'd bring some padding for the bed, it's pretty stiff. We don't have a king bed at home so it was very nice to sleep in the first night, but by the end of the weekend both our backs were aching.
All in all though I really enjoyed our stay. Definitely perfect for relaxing.
The cabin was very cozy and relaxing. The property was easy to find in a good location. Very nice space for two! Great hot tub to spend time in as well as the bath tub. Not too far from Helen!
Husband and I stayed here for a belated Valentine's trip. Was great. Parking is a little tricky at this location but if you don't bring a huge truck you shouldn't have any issues. Lovely, comfortable, quiet. Exactly what we were needing!
Was not happy with this one. I have stayed at many of these cabins but was not happy with this one
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was everything we thought it would be and more. Although there were other cabins around, we still felt secluded. Everything we needed was provided in the cabin. Even pots pans dishes. Highly recommend it.
Overall we enjoyed the area.
We stayed at Angler's Haven over Christmas, 2016 and had a marvelous time. While the cabin did have some age, it was more than suitable for our needs. We would return and/or recommend to anyone.
Nice place, wonderful scenery with plenty to do in the area. My only complaint was the dumpster being 3 miles away and the instructions not specifying that.
A few things need attention:
The couch seems a little old and dirty.
The dresser drawers are broken. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase instead of putting them in the drawers.
The bottom tray in the dishwasher doesn't stay on the track properly.
The forks are not in good condition. Most of them are bent.
There wasn't a sharp knife in the kitchen to cut vegetables.
There wasn't a cutting board so I had to use a plate as a cutting board.
The heating unit in the wall doesn't seem very efficient. I was so happy to find two additional space heaters. I had to run them 24/7.
The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
We are sorry to see that there were so many inconveniences during this guest's reservation. Maintenance has taken care of the dresser drawers and dishwasher rack. The Property Manager has replaced the forks and added sharp knife and cutting board to the kitchen. The sofa has been cleaned, and the heating unit is working correctly. Thanks!
We came for our honeymoon for 4 nights and the cabin is very cozy and cute. Has the necessities for a wonderful time. Parking was an pain because of where the cabin is located so try to have a smaller vehicle; but its in the mountains so what can you expect. Overall this is a great cabin for 2 people. It is only 10 min from Helen which we drove to everyday so its in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.
I've stayed at multiple BRC. Properties. GREAT company. .
We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was pretty nice. It was not near as remote as we would have liked but it was somewhat private. With the name Anglers Haven you'd expect some kind of creek or river to fish on the property. There was no such luck. We could hear road noise from the main road which was a bummer also. The jetted tub was so nice and two people can comfortably fit in it. My only complaint was the bed. When we went to turn down the sheets there was dark hair all over the regular bed pillows so you could tell they were not washed. I was glad we brought our own pillows! The second complaint was the bed itself. It's old and well past its prime. It was creaky and sunken in the middle. My husband and I woke up every morning with horrible back and neck pain from the bed!
We apologize that these guests were uncomfortable during their stay due to the mattress. This is the first complaint we have received regarding the matter, but we will pass the comment on to the owner. Fresh linens are always placed on the beds between guests, so we are very sorry to see there was hair on the pillowcases. We believe they might have come from the pillow shams which are not washed as frequently. Thanks!
We loved our cabin in the woods and the fact that it was just a few minutes away from Helen city limits. We look forward to going back there again
Very nice place to stay !!
The location is wonderful! Quaint and private. Makes for a terrific anniversary escape!! We even got to bring our sweet 4 legged kid with us!!! Very happy with the cabin and its closeness to everything!!! Worth staying in every time you visit!
This was a cozy little cabin. Other than a few little quirks, everything was great. Will definitely stay again
