Downstairs, you'll find a cozy separate living area, two more bedrooms, and access to the combination Ping-Pong/pool table in the garage. Enjoy a ground-level deck with a private hot tub, an upper-level deck with a gas grill and an outdoor dining area, and a fleet of bikes to take around the neighborhood.

This 1,863-square-foot home sits on a quiet cul-de-sac near an access point to the Deschutes River, one mile north of the Woodlands Golf Course. Take out the provided bikes and access miles of paved paths at Sunriver, as well as the nearby path that leads to Benham Falls and the Lava Lands Visitor Center. The resort's fantastic aquatic center, SHARC, and the Village at Sunriver are less than four miles south, and the sports facilities at Fort Rock Park are only two miles south. For outstanding winter fun, Mt. Bachelor is located 23 miles west of the resort.
