Good location, nice layout. Only 2 bathrooms for 4 bedrooms so that was bit tight. Public spaces nicely finished. Easy parking with brewpub/food trucks across street.

With 4 ladies, we each had our own room and were very comfortable. The location to restaurants and shops is perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Overall we loved this house. The charm of the vintage home was really great and it met our needs for the weekend. Loved how centrally located it was to restaurants and tarting rooms. We could easily walk to everything. The one drawback was the train coming through town at 7am Saturday morning blowing it’s horn all the way through town and right next to the house. Not exactly the wake up we were all looking for on our weekend away from the kids. If you are an early riser then this will not be an issue and the house is really great.

Loved our stay at the Workman House. Well equipped, comfortable beds, and perfect location...we could walk to town.
The weather was beautiful, which contributed to our wonderful mini-vacation..

Loved location and house. Great for 2 couples. Queen bed on first level hard as a rock. Most people would be quite uncomfortable sleeping on it. Should have more king beds.

The home is lovely and beautifully decorated and grew more so throughout our 4 day stay, 1 Block from 3rd street in Mcminnville and all the restaurants and shops there. A really perfect place to stay when touring wine country in the Willamette valley.

The house delivered all that was promised and more!! Yes, it was every bit as nice as the pictures showed. Yes, it was clean and well appointed. Yes, it was super convenient to the downtown main street and all its attractions. But no one said it was across the street from a fantastic new(ish) micro-brewery that just happened to be celebrating their first anniversary with a pig roast. For this crew, that was an added bonus!!

The house is gorgeous. There is a lovely porch to sit on and the location is perfect, walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet at night.

We traveled the Williamette Valley by day but enjoyed being within walking distance to nice restaurants and a few brew pubs by evening to bring variety The wine consumed during our winery tours. While we did not cook any meals in the home, it was certainly well equipped to do so.

Our only disappointment was the lack of “back up” TP rolls! We discovered that at 11 PM the night before we left. And with McMinnville being a small town, we could not find anything open within walking distance. We would suggest double checking to ensure they have back up supplies next time. :)- we did not feel this was a big enough reason to discount the rating. - they were positive service to work with! Enjoyed this lovely home.

The home was very quaint. The style of the house made me feel like I was back in time. We had a wonderful time there. There 6 people (couples) and really didn’t hear much but the old squeaky doors and stairwell! We’ll be back!

We were in town for a wedding for the week to be with our family. This house was a great place for us to conglomerate whenever needed and much easier than any hotel. We could do breakfast and dinner as a family instead of eating out for dinner every night. It was walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars for night time entertainment. The house we exactly how it looked in the picture, we got exactly what we expected. The owner/management company was very attentive and sent emails for contact and follow up throughout our stay. This was my third home away and I was by far impressed with this owner much more than any other.
