This is the second time we've stayed at the Q21 building -- and each time was wonderful! The condo is small but very clean and modern, and well laid-out. Beds were comfortable, there was everything we needed in the kitchen, and the whole building was well maintained and secure. But the best thing about this place is the location -- you're only a few blocks from the streetcar stop, from which you can access downtown and beyond. And even closer is 23rd Avenue, which has shops and restaurants galore. My favorite thing, though, is the wonderful natural grocery store right across the street -- wonderful produce and natural items, plus a great deli and take out section, bakery, coffee shop, etc. You can even purchase your HOP card there, to pay your way on the Tri-Met transit system! Like any condo/apt set up, you're going to hear your neighbors occasionally, but we've always found that most folks are really good about the quiet time starting at 10pm. There is no designated parking, but I've found there's almost always room in the lot to the east of the building, where full day (and overnight) parking is pretty affordable. I'd definitely stay there again!

This unit is pretty small, but the layout works well. There is a nice sized bathroom, washer and dryer, a functional kitchen space, minimal "living space" and a small bedroom with a comfortable bed. My husband and our 16 month old stayed here and for the price, it worked great. Great location. Grocery across the street came in handy!

This little studio was perfect, and in such a great location. We loved being able to go to the grocery store, right across the street, and also go to the shops and restaurants around. Everything was clean and surprisingly quiet. I was wondering about that since it’s like a hotel style type of living.
When we come back to Portland, we’ll choose this place again.

I was beyond impressed by everything about our stay. I don't have 1 negative thing to say. Everything was beautiful, comfortable, fun and perfect. Great location. Loved the grocery store across the street, The Matador tapas restaurant a few minutes down, beautiful outdoor area (loved the fire pit, grill, cornhole set up, and outdoor seating), the fun game room, nice workout facility, and even all the small things that added up to feel so much more "homey". The fancy coffe espresso machine on the 3rd floor, all the cooking supplies provided in the apt to make the perfect meal.
Only thing I noticed (that is not a big deal!) That I missed were tissues. Ha ha ha. Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our fabulous weekend.

It was a great stay for our family (2 adults and a 2.5 year old). Our little one had the bedroom and we had the sofa couch. Firstly, getting to the suite, only street parking is available but it's easy enough to find (at least for weekdays). Finding the lock box was a bit of a challenge (it's on the right side elevator wall). Inside the suite, it was bright, mostly clean, and just felt new. We noticed the sofa bed blanket had a small makeup stain on it so we washed it in the washer. Very walk able to shops, restaurants, and a very expensive grocery store just across the street. We walked to Salt and Straw.
