Wow! This was my first Vacasa stay and I was very impressed! Looking for investment opportunities now to make this process easy and make some money!
Easy to get anywhere, and amazing coffee in the lobby at Queue coffee.
This apartment was small but comfortable. The furnishings were clean and modern and it was so convenient! There is a coffee shop in the lobby of the building and a gym. New Seasons market is half a block away so anything you might need is right there. Highly recommend!
Comfortable bed and close to places to eat.
Location was great! Exactly where we needed to be, parking was always available, and there’s no charge until 9 am so that was great! I would highly recommend and will probably stay here again next trip out here!!
I needed to check-in early; the housekeeper was very accommodating and helpful and got me in asap. The apartment location was perfect and the apartment itself was really nice and clean. Great, easy experience.
Bright, new, airy, and comfortable apartment for couples and solos containing everything you need for a short or long term stay in a very secure apartment building, Excellent location opposite a great store selling local produce and a huge array of both eat in/eat out delicious food. Very convenient for public transport, recreation activities and an abundance of local cafes, restaurants and independent stores. All in all a great choice.
This home was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything I needed during my stay. Thank you for your excellent service and making this whole experience an easy and memorable.
This unit is clean, simple and an easy spot to access the city. Nice to have a kitchen and some living space rather than staying in a hotel room. There is a fold out couch so you could sleep more than just 2 people, but given it is low square footage it may be a bit tight.
Nice, clean & very contemporary place. However, there is no window in the bedroom, which I found odd and very uncomfortable. Also, no tv except for subscription based services (Netflix etc,) so forget about watching any news or local tv. Keurig coffee pods were expired and didn’t work. Other than that, it was a nice stay in a very cool place.
The Keurig has been removed and replaced with a regular coffeemaker. All units now have Xfinity cable. Thank you.
This condo is perfect for someone that wants to be a little farther from downtown but close enough to walk to any in-town activities. I loved walking down the shaded streets with flowers waving at me from the porches and cool breezes traveling along side me. Experience life in town outside of a vehicle, and you might be surprised at how relaxing it is.
The condo itself was immaculate, and the clean, contemporary lines mixed with touches of rustic elements, and pops of color lent to a modern, cozy feel... hence the title. ;) Comfortable bed, soft towels, outfitted with all the appliances and gadgets most people have in their own home, quiet location, and a nice, new market on the same street! I have no hesitation in recommending this condo.
This is not the first time I've stayed in a Vacasa home, and it will not be last. Each time I have booked a stay with Vacasa, it has been easy and the support they provide is unparalleled!
The Q21 building is in a good neighborhood if you're in Portland for the food scene. Pok Pok NW, Salt and Straw and Blue Star doughnuts are all within walking distance. The grocery store across the street is convenient but expensive. We drove from Canada so had to pay for on street parking. We never had problems finding a close spot and used the kitty parking app to pay for time without having to leave the building. We felt safe leaving our older car on the street overnight.
The apartment is nicely decorated. The blinds are good (and not the dangerous kind for kids) but so much light gets in that curtains would be useful so the person on the fold out sofa can get some darkness in the morning. There is seating for 4 and a dining table. Be aware the seats and the table all rotate which was a bit of an issue trying to feed our squirmy kiddo. The kitchen is well equipped except there is no teapot but the French press will do. The bathroom is fairly roomy and well stocked too. Towels, linens and bed were fine. The thermostat does work with the aircon too. Wifi worked well.
Our kiddo liked the dominoes and playing cards in the apartment. As others have mentioned the kitchen drawers have a weird closing mechanism and there is no cable.
The location was great. The building is very nice. The room was very trendy, very clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The housekeeping staff was very friendly.
Unfortunately, the stay was soured by the fact that the property manager called us an hour after we left to claim we hadn't left yet. Checkout is at 11am. Apparently they checked to see if we had left at 11:05am, and we had not yet returned our key. The circumstance was we left with our bags and saw someone else using the key-return machine so we took our bags to our car, came back, and returned the key when the machine was free. We probably just crossed paths with whoever was checking to see. When the property manager called, there was no "hi, how are you" or "how was your stay?" -- just the hanging accusation that we left the room possibly more than 5 minutes late?? And when we explained the situation it was, "ok I'm going to call the housekeeper to confirm you returned the key." It felt so pushy and unprofessional.
I'm sorry we inconvenienced you by staying at a Vacasa property?
We are sorry to see these guests felt offended by our call. We did call sometime after 11am to ensure our housekeepers, with a very full schedule, were able to get in the unit. The call was not meant to upset or offend the guest, and we sincerely apologize if this guest felt that way.
Perfect for when I travel to Portland for business.
I was in town for business and this condo was an absolute dream. Walking distance to the office in the Pearl but really enjoyed getting to explore the Slabtown and NW 23rd neighborhoods. Only a block away from the best brewery in town (Breakside)!
Unit was very clean, has everything you need! Enjoyed the fitness room, great grocery store across the street, walking distance to tons of great restaurants and of course Starbucks!
I stayed in this rental on a work trip. It's a brand new apartment that is furnished well. It overlooks the court yard that you have access to. There is a grocery store next door and restaurants around the building as well. I will be sure to stay here again on my next business trip.
The location is excellent but a bit of a walk to the Pearl District. There is good restaurants on 23rd, great bakery within a few blocks, grocery store across the street. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. It would be a tight fit for 4 adults. We had two adults and a 16 yo child and it worked well for that number of people.
Lovely location in NW Portland.
I stayed here for a week and was able to walk to different restaurants, a quaint whole foods type grocery store, plenty of coffee shops and pubs..... All with in a couple blocks. I loved it!!!
Thank you Vacasa!!! I will be back!!!
