Lovely Condo-industrial chic decor. Location is great. Excellent restaurants, coffee shops and grocery with in walking distance and restaurants and breweries open for indoor and outdoor dining. Parking lot, pay by app right next to building. No where near protests, we felt perfectly safe at all times. Home was super clean and safe, elevator accessible by key fob only. Only issue was address provided via Vacasa app is 2106 NW Quimby, which actually doesn't exist. Look for Q21 building. Would highly recommend.

We had 6 adults staying at this property and it was comfortable, spacious, modern and very clean. We loved the location since there is a coffee shop downstairs and had plenty of eateries near by. There is no designated parking but we found it easy to find street parking. Would definitely recommend this property!

Loved this unit. I’ve stayed at Q21 before. Stayed in a much smaller unit last time. This unit was perfect, comfortable beds, great view, clean and fully stocked. Only recommendation would be to have a better cable package. All in all. Awesome unit and I’m definitely coming back next year.

I expected this to be a cozy warm apartment but when I arrived it was so open and bright with a modern/industrial feel. It had beautifully finished concrete walls and pillars with lots of light. It hosted 7 people perfectly and also was small walk (or a scooter ride) away from shops, coffee and bars.

My wife, her mom, sister and I just checked out yesterday (3/16). I had originally rented a home in Beaverton, but after the owner sold vacasa contacted me with 3 other options. Picked this as I am a sucker for industrial, and the concrete floors, walls and ceilings looked dope. The apartment complex is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Tons of awesome restaurants/pubs and an All Seasons (Oregon’s OG version of Whole Foods) across the street (even has a bar in there!). The unit itself was clean and well appointed. I want to live there. Forever 😁

So I really like Q21. Once you get used to the street parking, you really cant beat this location. Just like all Vacasa properties, the place is super clean, and the cafe' on the premises is also helpful (especially in the mornings)

The location of this apartment can't be beat. Walk everywhere in NW Portland, with easy access to the highway as well.
The apartment is perfect, with gorgeous furniture and accessories.
4 adults slept comfortably, and the pull out couch was a FANTASTIC sleeper.
All in all, I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed the neighborhood with the convenience of great fresh market across the street and many restaurants and stores to walk to. Access to the street car was perfect to get downtown and to other locations. We enjoyed the rooftop area with grill and cornhole and thought the residents were very friendly - their dogs too. The yoga studio across the street offers a free week - I hope to try it next time, they were very nice.
