The condo is on the fourth floor, steps from the shore, with ocean views and coastal breezes. The balcony overlooks the beach, so it is the spot for morning coffee, meals outside, or an evening drink. Outdoor seating is provided, and beach access is part of the property.

FULL KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. You have a refrigerator, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender, and a coffee maker. Dishes and utensils are provided, and the dining area is next to the kitchen.

LIVING AREA AND LAYOUT

The condo has a private living room with a sleeper sofa. A Smart TV is provided, and this condo is streaming only, so please bring your own streaming accounts to log in. Free WiFi is included, and the condo is laptop friendly, with a dedicated workspace. Games, board games, and books and reading material are provided. Central air conditioning and central heating are provided.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The bedroom has two queen beds and a lock on the door. The living area has a sleeper sofa. A Pack N Play is provided. The condo has one full bathroom.

COMFORT & EVERYDAY ESSENTIALS

Shared laundry facilities are available on site, with a community washer and dryer. An iron, an ironing board, and hangers are provided, along with towels and linens.

SHARED OUTDOOR POOL

The pool is a shared outdoor community pool. It is not heated.

ARRIVAL & ACCESS

Check in is by self check in. The building has an elevator, and luggage carts are on the ground floor for guest use. Free parking is provided. Every guest enters through the main security gate and gets a visitor pass first. This condo is in building 2 of the complex.

The condo is beachfront on Amelia Island. Downtown Fernandina Beach and the ferry to St. Marys, Georgia are less than 10 miles away. Amelia River Club, Amelia Island State Park, and the Peck Center are a few miles away. Swimming, fishing, pier fishing, and cycling are nearby.

Check in is after 4:00 PM with self check in, and checkout is before 10:00 AM. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This condo is streaming only, so please bring your own streaming accounts. Shared laundry facilities are on site. Free parking is provided.
