Beautifully secluded in the small town of Manchester in Northern California, this two-level home is 24 miles north of Gualala, 26 miles south of Mendocino, and only a quarter-mile from the wild and rugged ocean beach.

Full of natural light and ocean views, the lofty living space brings the scenic outdoors in. Watch for passing whales and harbor seals from a seat on the sectional sofa, warm yourself by the rustic wood stove, or play a movie on the retractable flatscreen TV. Watch the sun go down each evening from the comfort of a lounge chair on the deck, or gather your family around the picnic table for a high-stakes game of poker.
