The cottage does provide free WiFi. Outside, the extensive deck provides you with a wonderful spot to enjoy the ocean breeze while dining alfresco.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is located on an ocean bluff. Please use caution when near the bluff's edge.

Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.

For security and peace of mind, this property has two exterior-only security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door of the main house, facing the entryway. Camera 2 is located at the top of the driveway on the garage, facing the gate and Casita parking area.
