Situated in the Nelscott neighborhood on the ocean side of Highway 101, this home offers solitude and convenience, and the beach is a short walk away. There is room for four cars in the drive way, and please be aware that parking on the street is not allowed in this neighborhood.

The second level is an open-concept design and is comprised of a second living space, the dining room, and the kitchen. This living space features more comfortable seating, a flatscreen TV, a sliding glass door to the patio, and a telescope for stargazing. This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home comfortably sleeps six guests. There's a bedroom adjacent to the dining area on the middle floor with a queen-size bed, and on the third floor, there are two master bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a king bed. Nature lovers have virtually endless opportunities for hiking in the area or beachcombing along the seven miles of beach Lincoln City is known for.
