A wonderful blend of quiet and convenient, this creekside home just north of Rockaway Beach will place you five blocks from soft sand, the Pacific Ocean, and the mouth of the Nehalem River.

This two-level home, located in the community of Nedonna Beach, was designed to encourage relaxation. Enter into a comfortable, carpeted family room with a game table and a flatscreen TV (one of five in the house), and continue down the hallway to the open great room. There's an even larger flatscreen TV mounted above the gas fireplace in the living room, a farm-style dining room table, and a fully appointed kitchen with every essential appliance (including a dishwasher) and a peninsula bar counter for four.
