❛❛ Beautiful winding mountain drive, seemingly secluded home, yet near a few small markets with all necessities available for purchase. Easy access to both Gatlinburg via Ski Mountains Road and Pigeon Forge via Bypass. Prickly Bear is the first unit a row of 4 townhouses, but the place is sound proof- we never heard the neighboring guests. This home was so comfortable and the perfect cozy space for my family of 6. ❜❜ (Lori)

❛❛ We came down for a family vacation and was very pleased with the stay. The place was clean and had the all the essentials. It even had food storage containers which I thought was a really nice touch and something I don't usually see at other places. The location was great and even got to see a bear up close!
