Summit Manor Condos is located in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, putting you close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and entertainment. Many popular spots, including the Gatlinburg Space Needle, SkyPark, Ole Smoky Moonshine, The Village Shops, and Ripley’s Aquarium, are nearby. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is also just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for both downtown fun and outdoor adventures.

One of the biggest perks of staying at Summit Manor Condos is the location. Many downtown Gatlinburg attractions, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are within walking distance, so you can often leave the car parked.

For destinations farther out, including Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Ober Mountain, Pigeon Forge, and Dollywood, driving is the easiest option. Free onsite parking is available for guests.

We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Airbnb Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
