And, with a location just off the main road to Sugarbush at Mt. Ellen, it's easy to catch the free Mad Bus that circulates between the two mountains and throughout some of the Mad River Valley. Warm-weather visitors will be equally spoiled for choice, with abundant hiking and mountain biking trails nearby, and guests year-round will be within just a few minutes’ drive of shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

At the home itself, outdoor highlights include a large deck, ideal for summertime coffee or cocktails, along with a private patio downstairs, facing the woods.
