• Parking passes and wristbands are to be purchased upon arrival at the HOA office or ahead of time via the link provided in your confirmation email (wristbands are free for children under the age of 5).
• Golf carts are not permitted on the property unless registered to an owner.
• Beach chair service rentals are available from March through October for an additional on-site fee.

• No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
• Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
