Living Area: The bright, open concept living room serves as a versatile space, featuring a sleeper sofa for additional guests and direct access to your private outdoor balcony.
Kitchen and Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern upgrades including new cabinets and a stylish backsplash. It comes stocked with essential cookware, a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. While we provide the hardware, please bring your preferred spices, oils, and seasonings to customize your meals.
Private Balcony: Start your mornings on the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, which is the perfect spot for watching the sunrise with a fresh brew.

Parking: One (1) complimentary parking pass is included. Additional passes can be purchased for $35 each.
E-Bike Policy: E-bikes, motorcycles, and mopeds are strictly prohibited within the gated community for security reasons.
Supplies: A starter supply of dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper is provided. Guests typically supplement these for longer stays.
Security: This is a 24-hour gated community with manned security.
