Welcome to your Poolside Retreat in Davenport, Florida, a spacious 5-bedroom, pet-friendly vacation home designed for families and small groups looking for the perfect Central Florida getaway near Orlando's world-famous attractions. With multiple living areas and plenty of space to spread out, this home makes it easy to relax after a full day at the theme parks, with one comfortable bedroom on the first floor and four additional upstairs bedrooms featuring private en suite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. The bright open-concept living area brings together a gourmet kitchen with bar seating, a dining space for eight, and an inviting family room perfect for movie nights and time together, while a dedicated desk provides a convenient space for remote work or school. Step outside to your own private pool and covered lanai, where you can enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals, or an evening barbecue using the private grill. Guests also have access to the Lanai community's resort-style amenities, including a lazy river and poolside café, adding even more fun to your stay. Ideally located in Davenport, this vacation home is approximately 13 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, 18 miles from SeaWorld Orlando, and 20 miles from Universal Orlando Resort, with golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and other Central Florida attractions nearby. ***Important Resort Amenity Update: Solterra Resort's pool, lazy river, and surrounding aquatic areas are temporarily closed for renovations. The current target for reopening is mid-December 2026, subject to construction progress, weather, and unforeseen conditions. During this time, the clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, and The Lawn outdoor recreation area remain available. The Lawn features beach volleyball, a nine-hole putting green, cornhole, bocce ball, horseshoes, and giant chess. Resort activities and entertainment will also continue throughout the closure. Solterra Resort is an ideal stay for your Disney vacation. Just a short drive from the parks (15-20 minutes, traffic depending), a short distance to Championsgate Area, and within a couple of miles of restaurants and more shopping.

The resort fee at Solterra Resort is a one-time access fee, not a daily fee. The cost is $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. Please note that this fee will ensure access to the clubhouse and pool area for the entire length of your stay!

· Private pool with a comfortable outdoor living area, perfect for relaxing. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. Pool heat fee of $50 plus tax per day.

· Pet-friendly! A non-refundable fee of $150 per pet applies only if bringing pets

· Access to shared community amenities for a one-time fee* during your stay like a resort style pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym (open 24/7), snack bar, tennis court, pickle ball courts (4), playground and more!

· We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge in the kitchen

1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.

- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

POOL - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $35 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).

We clean the pool weekly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than 2 vehicles in your party, please use the clubhouse parking.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
