Three can keep the chef company at the breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table has room for six. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi, an in-unit washer/dryer, a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, a stroller, and a safety fence between the patio door and the pool. The walled lanai is fully screened and offers a six-person table and a heated plunge pool (4 feet deep, rapid-heating). Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Pool Heater: The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. $50 per day plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a heated pool option).

Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

IMPORTANT RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE COMMUNITY:

PARKING: Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. The house provides parking for vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Also, do not park, block, or step on the sidewalk or any grassy areas under any circumstances. Any illegally parked vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted. Trailers are only permitted with prior HOA approval. Unauthorized trailers may be towed at the owner's expense.
