Fantasy Family Escape - Encore at Reunion Resort

Welcome to this gated, eight-bedroom Orlando retreat, located just minutes from Walt Disney World and the area's top attractions, the perfect home base for extended families and groups traveling together. The moment you step outside, fun begins in the private saltwater pool (no chlorine!), where you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade of the breezy patio lounge. The backyard putting green comes with Mickey's stamp of approval and a selection of kid-size putters, so even the youngest golfers can join in. Inside, your favorite characters are waiting in the game room, equipped with Ping-Pong, shuffleboard, darts, Skee-ball, foosball, and a pub-height table for endless friendly competition. The main floor is designed for gathering, with a bright, open-concept layout that blends the kitchen, living, and dining areas. After dinner, stream your favorite shows in the living room on the smart TV, or gather everyone upstairs in the movie theater, complete with movie-style sofa seating, a massive smart TV, and a playful wall mural for inspiration. When it's time to rest, the primary bedroom and a guest room sit on the first floor, the primary suite with a private en suite bath and a second full bath nearby, while the remaining bedrooms are upstairs, each with en suite access. Younger guests will love choosing between two immersive themed rooms featuring Star Wars and Toy Story wall art, and all eight bedrooms come equipped with their own TV for added convenience.

Access code to the digital lock will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour check-in desk.

We provide a small starter kit, which includes:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 hand soap per bathroom

1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom

1 sponge

1 dishwasher soap

1 paper towel in the kitchen

1 laundry detergent

1 garbage bag

Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.

Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the unit. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.

Rules and guidelines:

POOL– We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.If you opt for pool heat, please note that most pool heaters in this area are heat pumps. They work by extracting heat from the air and transferring it to the water. While heaters are typically set between 85–87°F, the actual temperature reached will depend on the current outdoor air temperature.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACCATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
