THINGS TO KNOW: ***Parking Pass needed to park on street / Cars will be towed at Owner's expense if the pass is not use or visible in the car***

Parking passes are available in the home. The pass must be placed on the rear view mirror of the guest's car if the car is parked on the street. If the car is parked in the garage or on the driveway, the passes are not required. Please be advised that if the parking passes are lost or not found in the home post-departure, there is a $50.00 fee per pass that will be charged to the guest.

Optional Services & Fees (Only If Applicable)

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.

Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).

BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).

Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day)

Pet-friendly! A $150 +tax non-refundable fee applies only if bringing pets.
