This newly built home is perfect for families, friends, or couples seeking both fun and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find 3 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of space. The living room is warm and cozy, featuring a Smart TV, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The second floor bathroom features a bathtub for a relaxing soak, while the first floor has a step in shower with stone accents, and the property also includes a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and central heating and cooling to keep you comfortable year-round.

Step out back to enjoy your private hot tub on the deck — a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Upstairs, you’ll also find a fun game area for the kids or the young at heart. Please note that the loft bedroom is located on the uppermost level, accessible by a spiral staircase (charming, but may not be suitable for little ones or older guests).

Please park in the driveway just off of the main road. No street parking. You will enter with a coded lock. As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

Escape to the top of a private ridge near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, just steps from the historic Huskey Grove Cemetery. Surrounded by hundreds of acres of undeveloped forest, this peaceful getaway offers wildlife sightings like black bears, turkeys, deer, and songbirds right outside your door.

Paved and accessible year-round, though winter weather may require 4WD or snow chains.

We give our guests space - but we are available whenever you need us. We are available Monday - Sunday 8 AM - 11 PM via Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
