Maravilla is a family-friendly gated community with private beach access, a clubhouse, and fantastic on-site amenities that include two community pools (one of them is heated), a hot tub, shuffleboard, two tennis courts, a fitness center, and everything you need to spend a wonderful vacation.

This prime location allows you to explore and experience everything Destin offers - you will be so close to many water activities, exquisite dining, and excellent shopping options. There is no shopping spree around here without visiting Silver Sands Premium Outlets, three miles away.

This lovely, three-story home is perfect for a family getaway or reunion with your best friends. Find a fenced backyard with a sparkling outdoor pool where you can spend your days swimming or working on your tan under the Florida sun. The poolside patio has a propane grill if you feel like hosting a warm-weather barbecue with your group! This home also allows you to experience the outdoors without leaving the building. Each floor has front and back covered porches where you and your beloved group can unwind, relax, and create everlasting memories together. The front balconies offer unparalleled views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, while the rear balconies overlook the sparkling private pool.

This delightful home features luxurious characteristics, including raised ceilings in the main living areas, plenty of windows bringing in natural sunlight and tiled and wood-style flooring throughout. Spread out in the inviting living area and unwind after a thrilling day - the smart TV allows you to stay up to date on your series, and it's also ideal for binge-watching your favorite movies. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and head to the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tiled backsplash, and a breakfast bar. It has everything you need to prepare delicious culinary masterpieces.

The second-floor main suite has a spacious private sun deck, a large walk-in closet, an en suite bath with double vanity, a Whirpool tub, and a separate shower.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • Two beach chairs and an umbrella are provided from March through October. Additional beach chairs are also available for guests at the home.
  • All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

*Please note that the beach access ramp located next to the property will be temporarily unavailable from April 1 to April 30, 2025, due to a scheduled redesign project. Alternative beach access is available at the Avalon Ramp (open access) or the Beach Retreat Ramp (gate code: 1524). Signage will be provided at the existing gate to guide you. This project will result in a more accessible and convenient beach entry for all Maravilla guests. Thank you for your cooperation.*

  • Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
  • 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
