Bright, Gulf view condo w/ balcony & shared lagoon pool/gym - steps to beach
Sterling Shores is currently undergoing a beautification project, which includes work on all balconies and walkways throughout the property. Renovations are taking place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We have blocked off units that are directly affected, but some guests may still experience occasional floor grinding noise and light dust as the work progresses.
Project Updates:
* Balconies ending in 01 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 19.
* Balconies ending in 02 are currently closed and expected to reopen by February 14.
* Floors 2 and 3 are closed and scheduled to reopen by February 28.
* The penthouse (PH) floor is tentatively scheduled for resurfacing from November 26–December 4, 2026. Light construction noise and dust may be present during this time.
* Roof work is tentatively scheduled from April through July 2026. While no major disruptions are expected, the timeline may shift due to weather conditions.

You'll be only a mile west of great hiking, picnicking, and fishing at Henderson Beach State Park, and two miles west of fantastic shopping and dining at Destin Commons. Spend a day at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park just one mile up the road, and come home to choose from a variety of dining options within a few minutes' drive.
