PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences. Outdoor amenities (excluding the hot tub) are currently closed and are expected to reopen in Spring 2026. Dates and timelines are subject to change. Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026, but may be delayed.
This newly renovated attractive beach home is waiting to fill you with lots of happy beach vibes for your next Destin vacation! The full kitchen has lots of stainless steel appliances, an added Keurig to go along with a regular coffee maker, and counter space to make tonight's home-cooked meal a joy to prepare, and everyone will love eating at the handsome dining table before heading out to enjoy the cool evening air on the private balcony. Watch a good ballgame or a favorite DVD movie on the 65-inch TV while you use the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device. (There is also a 48-inch TV in the bedroom.) To go along with the new decor, a Cozy Mattress, an elite sofa mattress, has been added to the living room couch for premium comfort. Take a leisurely stroll along the waves with someone you love under a canopy of evening starlight. Don't forget: you'll have access to all kinds of resort amenities like a shared pool and sauna, so be sure to explore everything while you're here.
Pick up a scooter from FantaSea Scooter Rentals Sales & Service, just six-and-a-half miles east, to cruise around Destin in style. Explore all the great restaurants nearby like Boshamps Seafood and Oyster House, The Local Market, Mary's Kitchen, Merlins Pizza, and The Back Porch. Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just two miles north with lush green fairways to enjoy with friends.

- SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.
- Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
- All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
