This vacation rental is perfect for the family looking for a quiet setting while still being close to resort amenities and the beach. This ground-floor villa boasts a fabulous lakefront view that can be enjoyed from the living area as well as the comfort of the screened-in patio featuring nice patio furniture. The spacious kitchen offers upgraded, full-size appliances, fine cabinetry, and all the housewares needed to prepare your favorite meals as well as an attached wet bar with a wine fridge. The dining table seats six and there are counter stools at the breakfast bar for plenty of dining space. The living room and master bedroom each have flatscreen TVs and Blu-ray players. Guests will also enjoy the on-site shared pool and tennis courts.

Please Note: Exterior walkway and stairwell resurfacing/painting projects are scheduled throughout the community beginning June 2026. Work may create temporary noise, limited walkway access, and maintenance activity during daytime hours. Guest access will remain available at all times.
