This beautiful home was freshly painted in 2018 with coastal colors and has warm brown and blue tones. The entire unit contains beautifully tiled floors throughout. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four in the breakfast nook. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed; a wall mounted 55' 4K HD SMART TV & DVD player, as well as a set of bunks to allow for flexible and additional accommodations. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a plush new mattress set, private bath, wall mounted TV, DVD player, and spacious closet. This lovely home also offers an additional full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
