The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass-top table with bistro-style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations with a TV. The open living room houses a comfortable sofa with a queen sleeper couch, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access
