This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bath home is beautifully decorated with Florida decor and features a second-floor sitting room for quiet relaxation, a large front porch, balcony, master bath Jacuzzi, grill, and stacked washer/dryer. Conveniently located close to the beach. Parking is limited to the driveway only. No streetside parking is allowed at any time.
THINGS TO KNOW:
Wristbands are required to be worn at the pool and beach during the season (Mar-Oct) and can be purchased from the beach vendors located at the beach pavilion for $30.
You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
