When you're not out windsurfing or paddleboarding over the water, gather friends into the full kitchen to cook up a plethora of fresh seafood to enjoy on the handsome dining table or out on the balcony with fresh, slushy cocktails, courtesy of the kitchen blender. Host a classic movie marathon in the spacious living area over the large TV with lots of microwave popcorn.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is so close (just a mile and a half away) and offers tons of awesome things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. Be sure to keep an eye out for whitetail deer and watch the dolphins and shorebirds playing along the shoreline.
