Things to Know

*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 - 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, the exteriors of all buildings will be painted. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***
