Located across the street from Payette Lake, the home sits on a wooded one-third-acre property, with three private sandy beach access points just a 1–5-minute walk away.

The 1,745-square-foot main-level guest quarters offer plenty of room to gather and unwind. The remodeled kitchen, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a wood-burning stove, creates a welcoming space for cooking and spending time together. An adjacent dining area seats up to 10, making it easy to enjoy meals with family and friends.

Beyond the kitchen, the cabin offers multiple living spaces to spread out and relax. The main living room provides comfortable seating, while a separate sitting area offers views of Payette Lake through the trees. A dedicated game area with a folding table and chairs is perfect for cards, board games, and evenings spent together.

Three bedrooms and a hallway bunk alcove provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to nine guests, with all mattresses replaced in 2026 for added comfort.

Outside, enjoy the covered porch with a seasonal swing, a large fire pit with provided firewood, picnic tables, and outdoor seating surrounded by mature trees. The wooded property also offers space for outdoor games and exploring, while the nearby beaches, walking paths, and trails make it easy to enjoy McCall throughout the year.

Three private sandy beach access points are available to guests through the Payette Lake Cottage Sites Owners Association, all within a 1–5-minute walk. Maps showing the beach locations are provided in the cabin. The private docks at these beach access points are not available for guest use. Guests may beach boats or jet skis on the sand but may not use the docks.

HOUSE RULES
- Primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old
- Maximum occupancy: 9 guests, including anyone staying in an RV on the property
- No pets
- No smoking of any kind
- No fireworks
- Upper level, garage, designated cabinets, and under-stair storage closet are not accessible to guests
- Neighborhood speed limit: 10 MPH
- Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please use caution and keep fires manageable in the outdoor fire pit

- Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the front/rear of the cabin
- Boat trailers, snowmobile trailers, RVs, and campers are welcome

Complementary with your stay we provide a starter set which includes: Dish soap, a sponge, 2 extra trash bags, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, hand soap, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

MOUNTAIN ENVIRONMENT NOTICE:
Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.

Downtown McCall is approximately four miles away (9 minute drive), offering local restaurants, brewpubs, boutique shopping, equipment rentals, and year-round activities. Nearby McCall Golf Club and Whitetail Club offer beautiful mountain golf settings, while Ponderosa State Park is just six miles away for hiking, biking, and exploring.

- Cascade, Idaho (approximately 30 miles south): A relaxed lake town centered around Lake Cascade, known for its easy pace and outdoor access. It’s a great spot for boating, fishing, and beach days in the summer, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the water.
