This gem is ready and equipped for family fun, featuring an enclosed backyard and a private pool with a new outdoor seating area. When you start to work up an appetite, fire up the private gas grill for a backyard barbecue. Keep the party going outside around the outdoor firepit when the sun starts to set. If you want to up the ante, head into the converted garage game room for some friendly competition.
