Your Phoenix Retreat, Poolside

This single-level, 4-bedroom Suitewater home sleeps up to 10 and pairs a resort-style backyard with an easy, open layout inside — the kind of place past guests say "felt like home" from the moment they walked in.

The Backyard

A private, fully fenced pool anchors the space, complete with a rock waterfall feature and a pool safety fence for peace of mind with kids around. Lounge chairs sit under mature palms on the covered patio, with a turf area for the kids (or the dog) to play. Guests consistently call this backyard one of the highlights of their stay. Heating the pool is available for a daily fee.

Inside

The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together under vaulted ceilings, with tile flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every room, and a smart TV in the main living area. Furnishings are fresh and comfortable — past guests have noted how new and well-kept everything feels.

Kitchen

Fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating — full-size range, dishwasher, and fridge, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals or morning coffee.

Bedrooms

Four bedrooms sleep up to 10: two with king beds (including the primary suite with its own en suite bath), one with a queen, and one with two queens — ideal for larger groups or multiple families. Guests consistently mention how comfortable the beds are.

The Extras

Central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach towels and chairs for day trips, and a portable crib available on request. Bathrooms come stocked with the little things guests tend to forget — toothbrushes, hair dryer, and more.

Location

Tucked into a quiet, welcoming neighborhood — guests have commented on how friendly it feels, right down to neighbors waving hello. Shops are just 5 minutes away, and you're within five miles of P83 and Westgate Entertainment Districts and State Farm Stadium for concerts, dining, and game days.
