Upstairs is one bedroom with a TV and access to a second-floor deck. Downstairs, you’ll find four more bedrooms (one of them being the bunk room), also with TVs. There is one primary bedroom downstairs while the other is upstairs.
Once you’ve got the lay of the land, slide open the glass doors onto your deck, with lots of seating, a relaxing new hot tub, a gas grill, and a view of the golf course and pines. Motorcycles are not permitted within the ranch or on any of the Black Butte properties.
