You'll find this spacious, multi-story home on the eastern edge of Black Butte Ranch, a resort community beloved in Oregon and beyond. This is a quiet yet central location within the resort that gives you easy access to the many amenities, including two award-winning golf courses, a driving range, a putting course, indoor and outdoor pools, 14 outdoor tennis courts, 12 regulation pickleball courts, saunas, bike paths, and so much more.

Yet you need not leave the house to have a memorable time, especially in the generous outdoor spaces. There's an elevated deck where you can barbecue and dine, another deck off the living room that's perfect for reading in the fresh pine air, and a partially covered patio complete with an outdoor bar, ample seating in both sun and shade, and the hot tub to slip into at night.

Back inside, wood paneling and plentiful windows framing the woods give the house its warmth and character. After a day of activity, you can stream movies by the woodstove, play board games at the dining room table, and cook together in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
