Recently remodeled with all new appliances, flooring, and furnishings, this Sunriver home has a great open living area with a gas-powered fireplace and TV. Two deck areas provide a gas grill, tables, and chairs for outdoor dining plus umbrellas to help keep you cool on those warm summer days. A secluded hot tub area is just outside the primary bedroom. The village is just steps away and SHARC passes are included for the shared pool.
Shopping, dining, and entertainment can be found at The Village at Sunriver (an easy walk from the house). The Deschutes River and Mt. Bachelor are both just a short drive away.

The home was repeatedly noted as very clean, well maintained, and nicely updated, with pleasant decor and comfortable finishes throughout. Its quiet setting offers easy access to the village, plaza, trails, river, golf, and bike paths while still feeling private and serene. Guests especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, hot tub, bikes, deck, games, movies, large television, washer and dryer, barbecue, and pet friendly features. East Park Lane 5 was also praised for being well equipped for couples, families, and small groups, with reliable internet and many thoughtful touches that encouraged repeat stays.
