There are a number of parks around here, as well, for fun away from the sand.

A short drive south across the bridge will bring you to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, where you can see cool marine life and learn all about it - kids especially love this! Stand-up paddleboarding and kayaking are possible in Yaquina Bay, and you might go fishing, crabbing, or clamming to catch your own fresh seafood to cook in your rental's kitchen.
