An intimate covered deck features patio seating for four, perfect for enjoying those bluebird days on the mountain. Inside, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace to stream your favorite shows or watch a Blu-ray movie on the wall-mounted smart TV. The full kitchen has been fully updated with high-grade, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy home cooking and cleanup. The indoor dining table offers bench seating for six and the breakfast counter is equipped with barstool seating for four. The main floor's primary bedroom features its own fireplace and en suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower. A shared, half-bath is also on this floor for household convenience.
Three rooms are located downstairs. The first guest room includes an attached, full bathroom. Two bunk rooms have access to a shared, full bathroom. A second, covered patio is also available on this floor.

No pets are allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon.
From Nov 1- Apr 15 be aware that the UT Department of Transportation &Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and is intermittent. ONE parking spot is available in the garage & maximum clearance is 89'/ 7'5'. No on-street parking is allowed. Additional vehicles can park in the nearby paid lot.
There is NOT a designated area to hold luggage before check-in or check-out, please plan ahead.
