Back inside, whip up breakfast in your open, well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the gadgets and appliances you’ll need. There’s a dining area for six, but why not eat outside if it’s nice (and it probably is). If you’re leaving for the day, you can walk to the beach, fishing and boat charter outfitters, a marina, and restaurants. But why would you leave when you have a private resort right downstairs? Let your pup play in the enclosed yard of this dog-friendly home while you while away the afternoon in the pool or swing in one of the two hammocks. The mixologist of the group can use the downstairs, outdoor kitchen to whip up some boat drinks, and you can challenge them to a game of pool when they’re done. Want to spend the day on the boat? No problem - you’ve got that private dock and access to a shared boat launch. Bring home your catch and clean it on the fish-cleaning table, or take one of the home’s available kayaks for a spin. When it’s time to call it a night, settle in back upstairs on the comfy couch and flip on the TV - or head back out to that deck and enjoy the view.
