Situated near the northern end of Marathon, you'll enjoy a convenient location for all your favorite Florida Keys activities - both on and off the water. Additional on-site perks including an oceanfront pool and shady, palapa-style picnic benches let you indulge in waterfront leisure just steps from your front door. Some great local restaurants and convenient shopping options are located within walking distance of the complex. Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters and the Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport are each within a one-mile radius.

The space is bright and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out despite its studio-style floor plan. Stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a full-size stove/oven) make it easy to whip up home-cooked meals or picnics to pack and take downstairs.
