The lower level has a guest bedroom and bathroom, plus a large family room with a ping-pong table. There are two TVs with Dish network.

There is an upper and lower deck with ample furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The large stationary dock with a floater and upper party deck provides lots of space to play in the water and tie up a boat. The wide cove is great for swimming, tubing, and fishing.
