Booking Requirements:
- Minimum booking age: 25 years old
- A valid ID and credit card are required for check-in
- Guests under 25 must be accompanied by someone who meets the age requirement
- Unaccompanied guests under 25 may be evicted without refund

Parking:
- No parking fees at Dunes
- Two parking passes will be provided and left in the villa
- Parking is assigned; any additional vehicle must park near the pool area
- Parking passes must be returned before departure
- A $100 fee will be charged if passes are not returned

Property & Amenities:
- Community pool available onsite
- Gym is not available on the property
- Washer/dryer availability to be confirmed
- Easy beach access within walking distance

House Rules:
- No parties or events allowed
- Quiet residential community—please be respectful of neighbors
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight

Smoking Policy:
- This is a strictly non-smoking property
- Smoking inside will result in a $500 restoration fee
- Damage caused by smoking is not covered by the damage waiver

Pet Policy:
- Pets are not allowed unless the property is explicitly pet-friendly
- Unauthorized pets will result in eviction and a $250 cleaning fee

Kitchen & Supplies:
- Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided
- Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are not included
- Specialty utensils (e.g., chopsticks) are not provided
