If you’re seeking ultimate relaxation, visit The Beach House Spa at Ocean Edge for soothing massages, facials, and wellness treatments. The Arbor Pool is just a short walk away and often features kids’ activities, convenient food service, and a full bar—perfect for laid-back afternoons. The Ocean Edge shuttle stop is also a short stroll from the condo, providing easy rides to nearby Crosby Landing Beach. • Amenities available with guest pass (fees apply):
 – Pool access: $32/day or $96/week adult, $16/$48 child
 – Fitness center: Free with pass; classes $25
 – Tennis/Pickleball: $24/hr per court
 – Bike rentals: $25–$35 adult, $20–$30 child
 – Kayak/SUP (Blueberry Pond): $30–$40/hr kayak; $35/hr SUP
 – Golf: $179/adult, $89/junior (includes cart & same-day practice); Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, guests are limited to 2 rounds/week after 2PM
• Kids’ activities and shuttle included with pass
• Passes must be picked up and paid by credit card at the Linx Clubhouse (832 Villages Dr)
• Amenities, rates, and hours subject to change
• A shuttle is required to access Mansion dining
