Enter through the private rear-alley entrance into the two-car garage; the driveway also has room for one vehicle. Please keep the driveway and alley access clear, and note that there is no street parking on 12th Avenue South.
The main living level has hardwood floors, an open kitchen and dining area, and a comfortable living room with a 55-inch TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen includes quartz counters, a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a large island. The dining table seats six.
The primary suite includes a king bed, reading area, and private bath with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms each have a double bed, with full bathrooms located throughout the home. An in-unit stackable washer and dryer is located in an upstairs closet.
The 900+ sq. ft. rooftop deck is the highlight, with skyline views, outdoor seating, and space for dining and relaxing.
The home is convenient to The Gulch, Music Row, 12South, Broadway, downtown dining, live music, and Nashville attractions.
As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

We give our guests space - but we are available when you need us. We are available Monday - Saturday 9 AM - 9 PM via Messenger. Your privacy and comfort is our highest priority!
