Welcome to Casa Bonita, your cozy Florida retreat in Regal Palms Resort. This bright and inviting 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it a great home base for families or small groups visiting the Orlando area. Located just a short drive from Central Florida's world-famous attractions, Casa Bonita offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and resort-style fun.
After a day at the parks, relax in the spacious living area with plenty of seating, a large comfortable sectional sofa and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy in-home dining. Each bedroom is designed for a restful stay with hotel-quality linens, flat-screen TVs, and luggage racks for convenient unpacking.

A digital lock access code will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that Casago Orlando does not operate a 24-hour front desk.
Please note: Guests must stop at the resort front desk before entering the unit to complete registration and pay the mandatory daily resort fee.

Parking: Two free parking spaces available in our driveway. No parking on the grass or street otherwise or it will be towed at your expense.
Guests enjoy access to the shared community amenities at Regal Palms Resort, including shared pools, Lazy river, Hot tub, Resort Spa, Business Center, Kids playground, Tiki Bar, Volleyball court, Arcade room, Fitness center, On-site restaurant and more (resort amenity access may require an additional daily fee)
Important Resort Access & Mandatory Fee
This resort requires all guests to report to the front desk upon arrival prior to entering the unit. A mandatory resort fee of $20 per day plus tax ($22.40 total per day) must be paid directly to the resort at check-in. This fee includes a resort gate pass, overnight parking passes (maximum of 3 vehicles), wristbands (maximum of 10 guests), and a map to the unit.
We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge in the kitchen
1 dishwasher soap in the kitchen
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they may need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, guests are responsible for washing them during their stay, and there is a washer and dryer available in the unit. Please also note that washcloths are not included, as they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted
