Spend sunny evenings grilling on the patio and then dining al fresco at the six-person outdoor dining table.

Upon entering this beautifully designed and appointed home, you will first encounter a family room and living area, both furnished with comfortable sofas. The first space would be ideal for family gatherings and to plan your next adventures, while the living space would be perfect for gatherings that include streaming everyone's favorite series or movies on the smart TV with cable or playing board games while the wood-burning fireplace keeps everyone nice and warm during the winter months. On the opposite side of this level is the fully appointed, eat-in kitchen with wonderful appliances that will make cooking a breeze and a six-person dining table. From here guests can easily access the back patio and the pantry with a washer/dryer. A full bathroom with a standalone shower can be found on this level as well.
