This two-story home sits half a block up the street from Beach Access #21, allowing you to easily begin and end each day with your toes in the sand. Padre Boulevard is right around the corner, lined with a wide assortment of restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational outfitters. Sea Turtle Inc. (one mile), the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (one mile), and the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (three miles) are all close by as well.

Walk home from the beach to find generous space to unwind both inside and out. Set the table in the shade for a sunset dinner on the patio, and bring your dessert and coffee upstairs to the balcony that runs the length of the house.
